General Promo Mechanics

Yupangco Music x Mabuhay Miles 

           - The promo is open to all Mabuhay Miles Members, and all Yupangco Music, Yamaha Music, and Perfect Pitch Store customers.

           - The promo entitles the Mabuhay Miler/ Customer to a one-time redemption of FREE Mabuhay Miles for qualified single purchase of any featured product/ products. (See miles redemption chart)

           - Purchases must be fully consummated (invoiced and paid for within the promo period) in order to qualify for miles redemption.

           - Mabuhay Miles may be redeemed in conjunction with other promotional offers as long as all other existing terms and conditions are met.

           - The customer may redeem his/her Free Mabuhay Miles by accomplishing his/her request for redemption once qualified purchase has been made.

           - The customer must provide his/her PAL Mabuhay Miles account number to facilitate the redemption and crediting of the redeemed FREE Mabuhay Miles. Thus, the customer MUST be a member of PAL Mabuhay Miles Frequent Flyer program to be able to redeem miles. Non-Mabuhay Miles Members may enroll www.mabuhaymiles.com prior the transaction/ invoice date.

           - Yupangco will validate customer’s redemption request. Once the customer is confirmed eligible to redeem, the FREE Mabuhay Miles will be credited to the customer’s Mabuhay Miles account within 45 days from the date of redemption. All request for redemption will be processed on a monthly basis and members would be credited the corresponding miles on or before the 15th of the following month.  A confirmation notice will be sent to the customer via email.

           - Redemption must be done by the Customer only. The names that appear in the Invoice and the name of the Mabuhay Miles member should be one and the same. Should the Invoice or Receipt of purchase is made using a Corporate/ Company account, a duly notarized Secretary’s Certificate authorizing redemption of Miles to the authorized recipient must be submitted upon redemption.

           - Redemption period is from June 1 to September 30, 2024. Failure to redeem during the redemption period means forfeiture of customer’s entitlement to this promo.

           - The FREE Mabuhay Miles is not convertible to cash, non-refundable, non-endorsable/transferable and not for sale.

           - The Mabuhay Miles is subject to the Terms and Conditions Governing the Mabuhay Miles Program.

           - In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to the customer’s eligibility, promo dates coverage, fulfillment, etc. Yupangco’s decision shall be conclusive. All questions or disputes regarding the customer’s eligibility for the Promo or for any redemption shall be resolved by Yupangco Music with the concurrence of DTI.
